EnableTech is a student organization that designs and builds assistive technology for people with disabilities. At EnableTech I'm working under the KayakNav project. I am designing a 360° computer vision system which will notify the blind man onboard of incoming obstacles like boats, rocks, etc.
Developed various projects in the field of IoT and Blockchains (Some of them are listed in the projects tab) I mentor over 25 students as the head of IoT domain. Most of my time at Next Tech is spent reading research papers and experimenting new technologies like blockchians and IoT.
Designed an end-to-end encryption mechanism over MQTT communication channel. Identified and resolved vulnerabilities on their cloud platform(Heartbleed Bug). Patched the firmware for client authentication. Designed several dashboards for projects like pollution monitoring etc. to be put on hackster.io
Analysed various sub-units of the metro car like driver display unit(DDU), train control monitoring system(TCMS) etc. Learnt about the various hardware level communication protocols used in the metro car like CAN bus, SPI, Serial-DB9 etc.
Car dashboard design that displays various parameters like RPM, engine temp, Gear no., vehicle speed etc. Designed a 12:1 chassis which is compliant with all the Formula SAE rules. Learnt fundamentals of drive train, engine, vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics etc. Analysed car wiring and resolved errors with the BOT switch.
